There is no extra charge for this service, however modifying any selections fromabove or creating new ones for a specific event may incur additional charges.

As host of the event, although one choice is easier for you and for us you may
choose a maximum of three entrée choices to offer your guests.
We require an exact count of each entrée within 72 hours of the event.
It is suggested that you offer the entrée choice on the invitation to your guests,
so they may rsvp to you with their choice.

Add one of our several different styles of ice sculptures for an additional
(48 hour prior notice required)

Add a meat carving station to any buffet, featuring slow roasted prime rib for
an additional charge or Baked Virginia Ham or roast turkey for
an additional charge

If your function requires the use of a private bar the following applies;
Bartenders are available upon request. State law requires for private bars, the host privately from the state must purchase the alcohol. We will assess a an additional fee per drink for the set up (glass, ice, olives, N/A flavorings, etc.).
